Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Lakshyya Astrology, we provide personalized astrology and numerology reports created individually for each customer based on birth details provided at the time of order.

Because all reports are custom-made and delivered digitally, we follow the policy below:

1. No Cancellation After Order Placement

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it is immediately queued for creation.
Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled after payment.

2. No Refunds for Personalized Digital Reports

Since astrology reports are manually prepared and customized, we do NOT offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind
• Duplicate order made by mistake
• Incorrect details provided by the customer
• Customer’s personal expectations not met
• Delay caused due to high demand

3. Eligibility for Re-delivery (Not Refund)

You may request re-delivery of a report if:

• You did not receive the email
• The email went to spam/promotions
• There was an attachment issue
• Typographical errors in email address

In such cases, contact us at support@lakshyyaastro.com, and we will resend the report at no extra charge.

4. Delivery Time Clarification

Delivery time is typically 30–120 minutes, but during high volume or complex report periods, it may take up to 4 hours.
